Shipping Policy
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
U.S. Shipping
Standard shipping rates are based on package weight:
- 0–1.1 lb: $6.95
- 1.1–3.3 lb: $9.95
- 3.3 lb and above: $14.95
Free standard shipping is available on U.S. orders of $85 or more.
Express shipping is available for $22.95 with an estimated transit time of 1–2 business days. Express shipping does not reduce order processing time.
Delivery estimates begin once your order has shipped and may vary depending on the carrier, destination, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible at info@noeastudio.com. We’ll do our best to help, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or shipped.
If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier first. If you still need assistance, contact us at info@noeastudio.com and we’ll do our best to help.
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
